Telephone Deposition:
​
Many courts (judges) allow testimony to be taken over the phone if a witness cannot be physically present. Giving a deposition over the phone may be a more viable option. It may be impossible for you to make a personal appearance if you are ill or have a disability, you live out of state, you cannot take time off of work, or any other relevant reason. We can help by going to you and fulfill the court's telephone deposition requirements.
